Something from Nothing is changing the face of Physics
Something from Nothing explains Physicist Fred Alan Wolf is how Quantum Mechanics is leading us to a time when the relationship between the objective physical and the subjective individual is starting to be fudged!
Quantum Mechanics is used to account for the atomic level of life having a particle / wave duality. To do this Quantum Mechanics incorporates probability statistics to describe the particle / wave duality.
However, probabilities means just that probabilities and not certainties. Probabilties cannot be located in normal space and time, they are not physical. Probabiltites are described as non-physical, non-local. In other words probabilities are “Nothing”!
Certainties which is what we normally deal with is everything that can be located in space and time; i.e., certaintioes are phsyical. In other words certainties are “Something”
Probabitlties don’t become a certainty or actually physical until an observer observes. The act of observation collapses the field of probabilities to a certainty. Nothing becomes something!
Something from Nothing accurs through the act of observation!
