How a Shift in Perspective Uncovers the True Nature of Quantum Reality In her thought‐provoking piece, Roberta Grimes challenges the conventional approach to quantum observation, urging us to reconsider how we use our instruments to probe the smallest scales. Rather than merely magnifying what lies beneath, she suggests that the act of measurement itself […]
Near Death Experiences – Drishtikone

Across cultures and personal narratives, these profound encounters offer insights that go far beyond […]
“New Clues to the Basics of Conscious Mentality” by Roger Penrose
Quantum Bridges | Unveiling the Foundations of Consciousness with Sir Roger Penrose | Exploring the Intersection of Quantum Mechanics, Gravity, and the Enigma of Conscious Mentality Roger Penrose’s lecture, as featured on ETH Zürich’s YouTube channel, provides a sweeping journey into the heart of quantum mechanics and its unexpected connection to conscious mentality. In […]
“How Science Sold Me on Meditation, with Dan Harris” – Big Think
Embracing the Journey Within | How Meditation Transformed My Relationship with Life | From Panic to Peace: The Unexpected Science Behind Daily Mindfulness Practice In a moment that would forever alter his life, Dan Harris experienced a public panic attack while reading headlines on live television. Quantum Theory and Consciousness | Revisiting the Vision of Dr. Chris Clarke
Exploring the Quantum Mind | Dr. Chris Clarke’s Vision of Consciousness Beyond Materialism Dr. Chris Clarke’s work challenged the conventional materialistic view of reality by arguing that quantum mechanics—long celebrated for its mysterious non-locality and indeterminacy—offers a fundamentally different interpretation of consciousness. His ideas suggest that the quantum world is not merely a playground […]
“Why Physics Ends the Free Will Debate” by Michio Kaku
Unlocking Determinism | How Physics Empowers Free Will | Rethinking the Universe’s Blueprint and Our Place in It Through the Lens of Modern Physics The classical view of our universe—embodied by Newtonian determinism—portrays reality as a vast clockwork mechanism. According to this perspective, every event, from the orbit of a planet to your next […]
The Double Slit Experiment by Eugene Khutoryansky
Quantum Whispers | Unveiling the Double Slit Mystery | How Probability Waves and Observation Redefine Our Reality In the realm of quantum mechanics, the double slit experiment remains one of the most thought-provoking demonstrations of nature’s hidden layers. At its core, this experiment challenges our classical intuitions by revealing that particles—whether marbles or electrons—can […]
“What the Bleep do WE Know!?” The Movie
Make sure not to miss Dr. William Tiller (at 3:48 minutes into the clip) and Dr. John Hagelin (at 8:00 minutes into the clip) pointing out that Consciousness its self can and does create entire Universes.
Something from Nothing by Fred Alan Wolf
“Something from Nothing” explains Physicist Fred Alan Wolf is how Quantum Mechanics is leading us to a time when the relationship between the objective physical and the subjective individual is starting to be fudged!
Quantum Mechanics is used to account for the sub atomic quantum mechanical level of life having both wave and particle properties at the same time. To do this Quantum mechanics incorporates probability statistics to describe what’s there at that level. However, being only probabilities means that it is only a field of possibilities or probabilities and not actual or physical. In other words it’s “Nothing”.
It doesn’t become actual or physical until an observer collapses the wave function of probabilities to a certainty.
Nothing becomes Something!

“Consciousness and Microtubules” by Dr. Stuart Hameroff
In order to have a conscious experience the brain has to be more than a computer. Dr. Stuart Hameroff explains consciousness as an aspect of Quantum Mechanics. Dr. Hameroff draws on the work of Dr. Roger Penrose pointing to finding a mechanism that would allow for non computability; i.e., free will. To do this Dr. Roger Penrose points to a need for a Quantum Gravity mechanism or a Quantum Computer mechanism in the brain.
Dr. Stuart Hameroff has found what is called microtubulars within neurons in the brain and nervous system as the possible location for where Quantum Computation takes place. Microtubulars seem to be small enough to incorporate super positioning making Quantum Computations possible.
Follow Dr. Stuart Hameroff on his search for understanding how and why we are conscious.
