We are in a very unique time in the history of scientific discovery. Some of the new advancements in things like Quantum Mechanics are altering the very core of the way we think about things that we used to feel as though we understood completely. We are dealing with a new reality in science.
One of the big things we are dealing with is something called “the hard problem.” It’s basically the idea that our mind and body are sometimes separated and sometimes combined.
There are implications in that statement that correspond to ideas present in Quantum Mechanics and other big idea sciences. Perhaps we should use some of the more cosmic and big picture sciences to come to terms with how we deal with more realistic problems.
