Quantum Apocalypse describes the upheaval going on in Science the field of study meant to be objective, physical and who’s observations / measurements are meant to be independent of the observer yet because of Quantum Mechanics Science cannot find a way to separate the Observer from the observed .

Exposure to the Quantum Conundrum (as it is called) is leading us to a completely different world than what we thought was there and what we think we see.

Species Universe addresses the consequences of the Quantum Conundrum pointing to the equation of the observer and the observed as gaining expression in such movies as “Mindwalk” and “What The Bleep Do We Know”.

The consequence of equating the observer to the observed requires a new paradigm different than the materialistic paradigm of Western culture which emphasized materialism over the observer leaving out the reality that we are a part of the Universal experience and what that means.

“Something from Nothing” explains Physicist Fred Alan Wolf is how Quantum Mechanics is leading us to a time when the relationship between the objective physical and the subjective individual is starting to be fudged!

Quantum Mechanics is used to account for the sub atomic quantum mechanical level of life having both wave and particle properties at the same time. To do this Quantum mechanics incorporates probability statistics to describe what’s there at that level. However, being only probabilities means that it is only a field of possibilities or probabilities and not actual or physical. In other words it’s “Nothing”.

It doesn’t become actual or physical until an observer collapses the wave function of probabilities to a certainty.

Nothing becomes Something!
