Good Morning America Weekend Anchor Dan Harris Speaks on the Benefits of Meditation
Dan Harris had an on air live panic attack which help change his mind on alternative approaches to health.
In fact Dan admits that he would be the last person to go for such a “New Age” practice. However, Dan says the research on the benefits of meditation sold him as to it’s value for reducing the possibility of a repeat panic attack. Dan also predicts that Meditation has barely began to reach it’s popularity as a genuine health care solution!
