“A Universe from Nothing” by Lawrence Krauss is Dr. Krauss’ latest incarnation [book] describing what is becoming the obvious and unavoidable conclusion of modern Quantum Mechanics that our experience of Something comes from Nothing. Dr. Kruass is an important figure in physics for taking on the crusade of promoting Quantum Mechanic’s pointing to Something from […]

Dr. Peter Russell’s Biography
Peter Russell is a graduate of Cambridge University in England. During his studies he realized that while mathematics and physics were subjects he excelled in, his true passion was to explore the mystery of the human mind, a subject that science alone cannot explain. Dissatisfied with traditional religions, Dr. Russell headed for India to search […]
Dr. Lawrence M. Krauss’ Biography
Dr. Lawrence M. Krauss is an American theoretical physicist and cosmologist. He was born in New York City and grew up in Toronto Canada. In addition to his teaching and theoretical physic research Dr. Krauss is also an author of several bestselling books. Among his best is The Physics of Star Trek and A Universe […]
“A Universe From Nothing” by Lawrence Krauss, Richard Dawkins
Doctor Lawrence Krauss explains in this talk how we have discovered and come to our current understanding of what the universe is and where it came from. He points out the mistakes science has made in its effort to explain our existence and the existence of matter. Through the pictures that the Hubble Space telescope […]
“The Primacy of Consciousness” by Peter Russell
Dr. Peter Russell suggests the Primacy of Consciousness Dr. Peter Russell once again brings his knowledge of consciousness into a lecture for all to watch. He focuses on what conscious is and how we can explain it. He starts the video discussing different theories of what consciousness is and the different definitions that people adhere […]
Dr. Bernard Haisch’s Biography

He speaks English and German and reads Dutch, French, and Latin. During his youth he attended the Latin School of Indianapolis, and was also […]
“Consciousness and Microtubules” by Dr. Stuart Hameroff
In order to have a conscious experience the brain has to be more than a computer. Dr. Stuart Hameroff explains consciousness as an aspect of Quantum Mechanics. Dr. Hameroff draws on the work of Dr. Roger Penrose pointing to finding a mechanism that would allow for non computability; i.e., free will. To do this Dr. Roger Penrose points to a need for a Quantum Gravity mechanism or a Quantum Computer mechanism in the brain.
Dr. Stuart Hameroff has found what is called microtubulars within neurons in the brain and nervous system as the possible location for where Quantum Computation takes place. Microtubulars seem to be small enough to incorporate super positioning making Quantum Computations possible.
Follow Dr. Stuart Hameroff on his search for understanding how and why we are conscious.
“Species Universe: Discovering the Universe as a Species” by John Zettel
Species Universe addresses the consequences of the Quantum Conundrum pointing to the equation of the observer and the observed as gaining expression in such movies as “Mindwalk” and “What The Bleep Do We Know”.
The consequence of equating the observer to the observed requires a new paradigm different than the materialistic paradigm of Western culture which emphasized materialism over the observer leaving out the reality that we are a part of the Universal experience and what that means.
In Species Universe I invite you to come and explore with me the implications of equating the observer to the observed through the act of observation and the remarkable direction it is taking us!
Quantum Mechanics and Consciousness: A New Measurement By Dr. Bernard Haisch
So, are we the master or matter of our ship? Well everything from physics indicates that to matter we have to master!
The best thing we can do for yourself then is get acquainted with the subject of Consciousness becoming a part of Physics possibly the main player.
To do that you can watch Dr. Bernard Haisch’s video above and you can help by leaving not only your comments below but also your questions so that I can work on answering them in future posts.
Those actions will make us all wiser therefore more of a master and then we’ll definitely matter!
“Mindwalk” the Movie
Take a Mindwalk through today’s mind with me to discover our current paradigm!
A US politician (Sam Waterston) visits his poet friend (John Heard) in Mont. St. Michael, France. While walking through the medieval island discussing their philosophies of life they happen upon Sonja (Liv Ullman), a scientist in recluse, who joins in their conversation. The two men listen to the ideas of this brilliant woman and discuss how her ideas can work in their own politician and poet lives.
Mindwalk echoes the same message covered in “What the Bleep Do We Know” only it was made in 1992 and not 2005. […]
